Bosses

Visual record
Menos Grande
Menos Grande
A towering Gillian-class Menos with a red boss bar once engaged. It lumbers slowly, crushes nearby targets with stomps, and charges a massive Cero beam; its high knockback resistance and armor make it a wall of a fight. Spawn rates surge on the forest floor of the Menos Forest Caverns.

Vasto Lorde: Water
Vasto Lorde: Water
An apex humanoid Hollow with a boss bar and the rarest ambient spawn roll in the game. It blinks across the field with Sonido and follows each teleport with either a point-blank Cero or a melee strike, punishing whichever answer you prepared for.

Visual record
Vasto Lorde: White
Vasto Lorde: White
The faster, more aggressive Vasto Lorde variant, echoing the white Hollow form. It runs dash-slash combos, throws projectile sword slashes from range, and keeps a rare full-power Cero on a long cooldown; the rarer of the two Vasto Lorde rolls.

Visual record
Hollow Demon Boss
Hollow Demon Boss
The strongest Hollow in the game, built as a set-piece boss rather than a wild spawn. It is shockingly fast for its size, shrugs off knockback, and uses a lunging grab that seizes and holds a victim while it deals damage. Carries the best Espada Crest and Hogyoku Fragment odds of any Hollow.

Hostiles

Visual record
Fishbone Hollow
Fishbone Hollow
The most common Demi-Hollow variant and the first Hollow most players meet. It closes on foot and chains basic claw attacks into a roar, fighting in loose packs where only a few members commit to the attack at once.

Visual record
Spider Hollow
Spider Hollow
A skittering Demi-Hollow variant that moves faster than the Fishbone and strings together a three-hit attack chain. It shares the Demi tier's pack behavior and spawns alongside Fishbone Hollows in the wild.

Visual record
Adjuchas
Adjuchas
A mid-evolution predator Hollow that sprints at its prey, mixes run-down attacks with a pressuring roar, and fires Ceros. Outside Hueco Mundo it only appears once your story progression has unlocked the Adjuchas tier.

Visual record
Fishbone Adjuchas
Fishbone Adjuchas
A Fishbone Hollow that survived long enough to evolve. It is slightly faster and steps higher than the default Adjuchas, with the same Cero-capable predator kit and story-gated spawn rules.

Visual record
Mindless Hollow
Mindless Hollow
The baseline of the "true Hollow" roster, appearing in the wild once your story unlocks it and in encrypted scenario encounters. A straightforward melee brawler with no special tricks.

Visual record
Scorpion Hollow
Scorpion Hollow
An armored, low-slung true Hollow with extended aggro range and more knockback resistance than its peers. It hits harder than the Mindless Hollow and anchors the heavier waves of the war-simulation encounters.

Visual record
Mosquito Hollow
Mosquito Hollow
A flying true Hollow that spawns in swarms of up to four and harasses from the air. Individually fragile with no armor, it relies on numbers and mobility rather than durability.

Visual record
Cyclops Hollow
Cyclops Hollow
The toughest of the demi-grade true Hollows: slow, armored, and the hardest-hitting in melee. Its signature move is a Cero fired from its single eye, making it the first ranged threat in the standard Hollow pool.

Visual record
Tentacle Adjucha
Tentacle Adjucha
A hand-modeled Adjuchas that lashes out with tentacle flurries and is one of the two static Hollows able to fire Ceros. It currently has no natural spawn path — it appears in scripted encounters or from its spawn egg.

Visual record
Horned Adjucha
Horned Adjucha
A charging Adjuchas whose signature is a rapid-fire Cero barrage — a long volley of small Ceros sprayed with deliberate inaccuracy. It can also leave behind miniature short-lived echo copies of itself (14 HP) that harry you while the original repositions.
Dangai Cleaner
The Kototsu: an invulnerable sweeper that patrols the Dangai on a fixed two-phase route at roughly 16 blocks per second, its position advancing even while no players are nearby. Anything living it touches is killed outright — the hit bypasses immunity frames, hyper/super armor and all damage reduction — though creative and spectator players are ignored.

Quest targets
Lost Soul
A chained Plus soul used by encrypted story encounters. The same shape-shifting quest entity is reconfigured into many other roles, with health and abilities set per role when it spawns.
Zanpakuto Spirit
The materialized spirit of your zanpakuto, dueled in private one-on-one encrypted encounters. Its health and moveset are tuned to the zanpakuto theme being manifested, and only the player who owns the encounter can complete it.
Quincy Combat Training Bot
An owner-bound sparring bot spawned during encrypted Quincy combat training. It duels its owner using the real Quincy kit on rotating cooldowns.

NPCs
Quincy Soldier
A stationary Wandenreich soldier tied to encrypted Quincy progression. He never moves or fights, and Quincy players cannot damage him at all.
Target Dummy
An effectively unkillable, immovable training dummy for testing damage and combat mechanics. It can be configured into distinct defense profiles — normal, i-frames, four armor weights, hyper armor, super armor, auto-parry and clash — and can mirror its owner's animations for tooling work.
